About

Dysmenorrhea or menstrual cramps is a common complaint among most women that can greatly affect their quality of life. Differentiating primary from secondary dysmenorrhea is the vital first step in the management of this condition. Various pharmacologic options are available and can be paired with non-pharmacologic interventions.

This e-learning module aims to differentiate primary from secondary dysmenorrhea, and discuss its common risk factors, pathophysiology, and management approach.
