The minimum passing grade for answering the quiz is usually 80%. Therefore, you can complete the course by attaining a minimum 80% scoring rate.

However, some courses may have different passing criteria, and it is recommended that you refer to the accreditation details in the respective course overview page before you enroll for the course.

You can get CME/CPD credits only by completing accredited modules. Many of our courses are accredited modules with CME/CPD credits recognized by local medical professional bodies.

On the other hand, our platform also provides some non-accredited modules, which do not award any CME/CPD credits. Please refer to the accreditation details in the respective course overview page before you enroll for the course.

You can download and submit the certificate of completion to your local medical professional bodies to earn CME/CPD points. Please check with your local medical professional bodies for the application guidelines.

Kindly note for Malaysia doctors, accredited on-demand modules with one CPD point are credited instantly to Malaysia Medical Association once you passed the course. You can check your points by downloading the MMA CPD application on your mobile device to check your CPD credits. To ensure your points are credited successfully, kindly take a moment to complete your IC number here before you enroll for the course.

Each course has a limited number of retake attempts. You may re-take the quiz again if you did not manage to pass the course on the first few attempts. Please review the video or information slides in the course to ensure you answer the quiz successfully.

You can download your certificate under the “My Activity” page once you passed a course under the Complete section.

Unfortunately, there is no option for you to change your personal information on the certificate once it is issued. Therefore, kindly take a moment to update your profile before getting started here.

Registration period begins a month before the actual webinar. You may click the register button on the website, or you may click on the zoom link under the content section to register.

Once registered, you can attend the webinar depending on the start date via Zoom using your desktop, laptop, or mobile device.

Upon registration, you will receive an email and reminder containing details of personalized zoom link and passcode to access the webinar. Please check your inbox regularly to ensure you do not miss it.

The replay of the webinar may be adapted to an online module and will only be available in the future.
