About this course

Autism spectrum disorder is a complex neurodevelopmental condition characterized by distinctive social impairments along with restricted and repetitive behaviors in children. Early identification through routine screening is crucial for timely intervention. Primary care physicians play a key role in the identification of individuals with autism that leads to early intervention and improves their functional independence and overall quality of life.

This e-learning module aims to discuss what is autism spectrum disorder, how it is diagnosed, and what is the appropriate management approach to this condition.
