Anchored in the Patient-centered, Family-focused, and Community-oriented (PFC) framework, it highlights how the triple planetary crisis of climate change, pollution, and biodiversity loss—affect everyday primary care. The session calls for urgent, holistic, and locally grounded responses from health professionals and culminates in the ceremonial launch of the PAFP Planetary Health Champion Course
