About this course
Dengue is the most rapidly spreading mosquito-borne viral disease in the world. This febrile illness is a leading cause of illness and death in the tropics and subtropics. Vector control in most endemic countries is frequently insufficient or ineffective due to inadequate infrastructure, delayed initiation, short-term interventions, and insecticide resistance. This course will discuss the prevention of dengue disease, including clinical evidence on the dengue vaccine.
