About this course

New and emerging evidence on the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) has changed the landscape for the approach to T2DM treatment particularly among those with established cardiovascular disease or with cardiovascular risk factors. Multimorbidity risk management approach is the key and is mainly based on cardiovascular outcome trials.

This e-learning module provides an update and review on the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in primary care and lists down the key considerations when treating these patients.
